Community Events
Creating events that bring students, families and staff together is a major focus of PTO, as it helps to both develop and foster community relationships.
In a traditional year, our usual slate of events typically include:
-

-
Back to School Bash
-
Fall & Winter Classroom Parties (all party supplies courteous of PTO funds)
-
Veteran's Day Celebration
-
Family Outdoor Game Night
-
Fall/Spring Book Fair
-
PJ's & Pajamas

-
Earth Day Activities
-
Field Day

Miscellaneous Expenses
-
Student Daily Planners (grades 1-5)
-
Character Family T-Shirts (all students)
-
Outdoor beautification and grounds upkeep
-
Kleenex, hand sanitizer, paper towels, wipes & cleaning supplies. PTO purchases these items in bulk to relieve individual family responsibility and simultaneously make it easier for staff to replenish their classrooms on as needed bases without having to continuously put out requests to parents throughout the school year.
